Thank you for the good co-operation in H1. Although we have served you through remote connections, we have managed to keep the co-operation fruitful.
Our customer service has operated on an excellent level. We follow and analyze regularly all customer feedback received from our ticketing tool. On a scale 1 to 5, our monthly averages have been between 4.2 and 4.6 with a rising trend. I encourage you to continue giving feedback when we solve your service tickets. I would say that it is one of the best ways to guarantee that our service will continue in a high level.
The market shares of our spear head products continue increasing. Enerity™ Electricity Trade is used for pricing 30 TWh of the sold electricity in Finland. Enerity™ Electricity Grid is used for pricing the distribution prices in over 1.8 million PODs. Both solutions represent about 50% market share in Finland.
At the same time, we have finalized strategy wise very important development for Enerity™ Electricity Trade. We have brought Nordic electricity market requirements to the solution. For example, GoOs, bid calculation and sales portfolio management for Nordic price areas with Nordic currencies and El-certificate support in bid calculation can now be managed in the solution.
From the financial point of view H1 has also been good. Obviously both you our dear customers and we at Enerity Solutions have managed to continue our operations almost as usual level despite of the current Covid situation. I strongly believe that also H2 will be good if we just remember to run our operations according to the requirements of the new normal.
