The year is closing in and what a year it has been. Since March we started to learn a new way of working. We and many of you have been working remotely all year excluding a short summer break, and it looks like it will continue well into next year. Nevertheless, together we have got used to the new way of working and we have succeeded in implementing agreed services and projects according to the timetables and goals. Big thanks for this to you.
We had our traditional customer satisfaction survey where we asked your opinion about us, our solutions and services in November. We also asked how probably you would recommend our products and services to your colleagues. This question measures the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our NPS is 47, which means we got very close to our long-term target of 50+. Our customer service also received commendable rating this year. In addition, our implementation projects and agility received acknowledgment. We have investigated and prioritized all the feedback and included those in our development plans for the next year. We can take some of the the development ideas forward together in spring, when we arrange development workshops with you. Thank you all who answered to our survey and gave us valuable feedback. All feedback is vital to further develop our services. Thus, I ask you all to answer our surveys also in the future.
This year we did significant product development to make Enerity™ Electricity Trade solution suitable for the Nordic electricity markets. I am happy to tell you the solution is now market compliant in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. We have also developed the solution in other areas and have gained two new satisfied customers. We have four new customers using Enerity™ Electricity Grid solution. So our position as a market leader in both solutions has become stronger. Our Customer Messaging service has concretely faced the effects of Brexit this year. We moved our service platform from Great Britain to another EU country during the year. The importance of customer communication grows all the time – and particularly in stormy days it is more valuable than ever.
From financial point of view the year has been successful. Our revenue and EBIT will grow compared to the last year.
However, now it is time to relax for a while for Christmas together with the loved ones. And it is time to charge the batteries for the coming year.
